Privacy Policy

1. What data we collect

• Contact data — name and email address, provided voluntarily through the contact form.
• Browsing data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, visit duration, collected via Google Analytics 4 subject to consent.
• Communication data — if you contact us via WhatsApp, data is processed according to WhatsApp/Meta's Privacy Policy.

2. Purposes and legal basis

• Responding to enquiries (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) — contact form data is used solely to respond to your request.
• Web traffic analysis (Art. 6.1.a GDPR — consent) — Google Analytics 4 is activated only after your explicit consent via the cookie banner.
• Online advertising (Art. 6.1.a GDPR — consent) — Google Ads is activated only after your explicit consent via the cookie banner.

3. Data retention

• Contact form — data is stored on Formspree for as long as needed to handle your request, and in any case no longer than 12 months.
• Analytics data — Google Analytics retains data for 14 months (reduced default setting).

4. Sharing data with third parties

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It is shared only with the following technical service providers, under their respective privacy policies:

• Formspree Inc. — contact form management.
• Google LLC — Analytics and Ads (only with consent).
• Netlify Inc. — website hosting.

5. Your rights (Art. 15–22 GDPR)

As a data subject you have the right to: access your personal data; request rectification or erasure; object to processing or request its restriction; withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal; lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante Privacy).

6. Cookies

This site uses technical cookies necessary for its operation and, subject to consent, third-party analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads). You can manage your preferences at any time via the cookie banner on the site or by deleting cookies from your browser.

7. Data transfers outside the EU

Google LLC and Netlify Inc. are based in the United States. Data transfers take place in compliance with GDPR safeguards, in particular the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and, for Google, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
